I am a data scientist with a background in mechanical and energy engineering. I am currently working as a Research Fellow in the Grid-Interactive Controls group, Building Technologies Research and Integration Center (BTRIC) at Oak Ridge National Laboratories. Before that, I completed my master’s and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Idaho State University and Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, respectively. My research areas mainly include Data Science, Machine Learning, Energy Science, etc. I am familiar with research environments at both universities and National Labs with several published works. I worked on several projects which collaborated with Idaho National Laboratory. I am well-versed in numerous programming languages including Python, Matlab and SQL. I received several awards during my graduate studies including the best poster award.
